Welcome to the Bridge Plan Builder. This tool will guide you step by step through creating your own 90-Day Bridge Plan.

You will be asked a series of short questions to help you clarify your vision, identify your priorities, and define the actions that will move your business forward.

The process takes anywhere from 15 - 45 minutes. At the end of the plan builder, you’ll be able to review your plan and generate a clear PDF you can use to guide your next 90 days.

Your vision describes the direction you want your business to move toward and the kind of impact you want it to have. Think about the bigger picture and the future you are working to create.
Then explain why this vision matters to you right now. What is motivating this focus or change at this stage of your journey?
Objectives are the key outcomes you want to achieve over the next 90 days. Focus on the results you want to create rather than the tasks you will complete.
Choose up to three priorities that will move your business forward.
For each objective, identify two or three metrics that will help you measure progress. These are your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
KPIs should be measurable indicators that tell you whether your strategy is working.
Examples might include revenue targets, number of qualified leads, conversion rates, or client retention.

Actions are the initiatives, habits, or activities that will help you achieve your objectives. Think about the consistent actions you will take to move your strategy forward.
Focus on practical steps you can realistically commit to over the next 90 days.
Break your plan into milestones for the next 30, 60, and 90 days. This helps you maintain focus and measure progress along the way.
